We highly recommend Mark for your real estate needs. He was so helpful and on the ball during our transition from Kansas to Arizona. He watched over our house, checked it weekly until closing and made sure the yard was alive through July and August. He was efficiant in communication and has a great list of companies to use for pre listing inspections etc. He wasnt just an ethical agent but a good friend, as well. He even went above and beyond as to make dozens of calls into the Phoenix area to help us find a good, ethical realtor. Mark truly went above and beyond when helping us sell our old house and buy a new one. There were circumstances beyond our control that could have been a disaster but he walked us through our options and we made the sale! I will recommend him to as many people as possible!
